I had a bit of an emergency and needed to shorten my trip at the last minute, and the staff at Dream Hostel & Apartments were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They didn't charge me for the canceled days, which was a huge relief. The location of the hostel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the Jewish quarter and just a short walk to the old town center. The atmosphere was friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

Great central area. The room with ensuite was really nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-kept and clean. Exceptional value for money and felt very safe and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The private bathroom was clean and tidy. Great location - within walking distance to major attractions.
The bed was not very comfortable - the mattress was too hard and the pillows were too soft. The walls were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors moving around.

My stay at Dream Hostel & Apartments was fantastic! The location is perfect, with the Old Town and the Kazimierz district just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, bright, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the 2 terraces where I could relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that my room was ready even before the check-in time. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as street noise and small towels, I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Krakow. I had a really good experience and would choose to stay here again.

I recently stayed at a charming hostel, just a short distance from the main square. The building may look old from the outside, but the interior of the hostel is completely renovated and lovely. My room was basic, but clean and spacious enough for my needs. The bathroom was recently renovated and the common kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. The reception staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. it was definitely a value for money option and I would happily stay there again.
Although the hostel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor gripes. The kitchen could get a little crowded at times due to its small size.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel! the recently renovated room was pretty and clean, and the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. the location was perfect, with easy access to the main train station, the old town, and the Kazimierz district. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, where we could prepare our own meals, and the comfortable double bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy as much. the wooden floors in the room made some disturbing noises, and the towels provided were quite small.
